How ARISE Works: A Step-by-Step Care Pathway
ARISE follows a structured, stepwise model designed to bring clarity, guide families back to effective care, and remain available when complexity persists.
Step 1: Second-Opinion Consultation
Who this is for:
Families who feel stuck, confused, or uncertain after previous evaluations or treatments.
What happens:
- Review of existing reports, diagnoses, and treatment history
- Clarification of key concerns and unanswered questions
- Initial clinical formulation
- This step helps determine whether further assessment is needed or whether clear guidance can be given immediately.
Step 2: Structured Assessment
Who this is for:
Children and adolescents with unclear, overlapping, or complex emotional, behavioral, or neurodevelopmental concerns.
What happens:
- Developmentally informed evaluation
- Use of standardized tools and validated checklists
- Input from parents, teachers, and caregivers
- A clear, structured diagnostic understanding with a written summary.
Step 3: Recommendations & Treatment Guidance
Based on the consultation and/or assessment, ARISE provides:
- Thoughtful diagnostic explanation
- Evidence-based treatment recommendations
- Medication and non-medication options (where appropriate)
- Guidance for school accommodations, parenting strategies, and therapy approaches
- All recommendations are designed to be taken back to the family’s existing treatment provider.
Step 4: Return to Your Treating Provider (Coaching & Support)
- ARISE does not replace ongoing treatment.
Families are encouraged to:
-
- Continue care with their current clinician, therapist, or pediatrician
Use ARISE’s recommendations as a roadmap
- Where helpful, ARISE can offer coaching-style support to help families and providers implement recommendations effectively.
Step 5: Review Progress
If a child does not improve as expected:
- Families may return for a follow-up consultation
- Progress, barriers, and treatment response are reviewed
- Recommendations may be refined or adjusted
Step 6: Advanced or Final-Level Consultation
- For a small number of persistently complex or high-stakes cases, ARISE serves as a final clarity point.
This may include:
- Senior-level clinical review
- Direct consultation with senior clinicians (optional, fee-based where applicable)
- Clear guidance on long-term direction and next steps
Delivery Model
We are designing a hybrid service model that leverages both physical and digital platforms:
In-Person Services
In-person consultations are recommended for comprehensive evaluations and detailed assessments, including psychometric or neuropsychological testing. These consultations take place at our office in Jaipur.
Virtual Services
Virtual consultations are available for second opinions, follow-up discussions, and families who may not have access to in-person services. These consultations follow the same structured and evidence-based approach as in-person sessions. Because ARISE conducts a thorough, multi-informant review involving parents, children, and where appropriate teachers or caregivers, virtual consultations may take additional time to complete.
